Supplemental Health Care is working with a Long Term Acute Care facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to hire Physical Therapist Assistants. Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure/Certification in Oklahoma
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in an LTAC is preferred

Physical Therapist Assistant Contract Details:

• $1,080 - $1,162 per week*
• 13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
• Long Term Acute Care facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist Assistant services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
