The program starts at $16.00 per hour and raises every 2 to 3 months for the first year. Installers can reach $17.50 per hour within 9 to 12 months and continue to advance in two years. The program introduces new associates to woodworking and cabinet installation in a natural sequence of steps. Candidates will progress from helper to assistant installer to lead installer. The only prerequisites are a clean driving record and fluency in English. Responsibilities include learning and applying cabinet installation techniques, maintaining a safe work environment, using tools effectively, and collaborating with a team to complete projects on schedule.
