Little Smiles & Big Smiles is seeking a dedicated Certified Dental Assistant to join our Fitchburg team full-time. This long-term role offers competitive hourly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth through training and certification.

Requirements
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
Certified/Licensed Dental Assistant in Massachusetts
Radiology (X-Ray) certification in MA
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full-time availability
Job Description
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
Take and process dental radiographs
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
Prepare treatment rooms and dental materials
Utilize Dentrix practice management software (preferred)
Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Participate in continuing education and training opportunities

Shift & Schedule
Monday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Wednesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
