Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: The Clinical Support Coordinator Registered Nurse is a clinical mentor dedicated to enhancing patient care and supporting nursing staff development. Responsibilities Rounding on units to observe care, provide coaching, and reinforce safe practices Guiding new and transitioning nurses in skill development, clinical judgment, and care planning Supporting rapid responses and codes, including debriefs for learning reinforcement Teaching and troubleshooting essential nursing skills while identifying shared learning needs Reinforcing safety standards, regulatory compliance, and communication best practices Collaborating with unit leaders to promote nurse growth, practice improvement, accountability, and teamwork Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2+ years RN experience Preferred: 1+ years in leadership or preceptorship, and/or critical care experience Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred Active RN license in practice state(s) or compact license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI, NRP Summary The role involves mentoring and coaching nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality care through unit rounding, hands‑on support, and education.
