Distribution Center JIT Lead 12-Hour Night Shift

We’re currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Distribution Center JIT Lead to join our growing team. Starting Pay: $23.50 plus $1.50 shift differential Hours: 6:00 pm – 6:30 am Schedule: 12‑hour Continental – rotating schedule for the entire year; work half the year. Week 1: OFF ON ON OFF OFF ON ON. Week 2: ON OFF OFF ON ON OFF OFF. Responsibilities Monitors flow and communicates with floor personnel to identify possible problems or changes. This role primarily focuses on picking operations while supporting shipping and receiving as needed. The employee provides coverage for vacations on other shifts and covers office personnel and supervisors when needed. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy through various reports, answering floor inquiries, supervising forklift operators and equipment for safety, keeping daily workflow moving with minimal supervision, and covering other areas including off‑shifts.
