Schedule

• MondayFriday: Clinic, 8:00 AM5:00 PM, with night call via pager
• While in clinic, provider will also be available for hospital ENT consults
• SaturdaySunday: 24-hour call, including 4 hours gratis
• May have occasional OR days for scheduled surgical cases

Pay Details:

$500 to $550/hr

24 Hour Call rates will be different.

Travel & Lodging

• Flight allowance up to $1,200; no upgrade requests
• Rental car through AVIS:
• Standard car: up to $55/day
• Standard car: up to $300/week
• SUV requires prior approval
• Standard hotel rooms through contracted properties, including SpringHill Suites, Staybridge Suites, and Hampton Inn

Position Highlights

• Primarily general ENT coverage
• No significant facial trauma cases expected
• Approximately 16 clinic patients per day
• Minimal patient calls and callbacks while on call
• Must be comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
• Support staff includes 1 RN, 2 LPNs, 2 registration specialists, and audiologists
• Epic EMR

Qualifications

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 3 years of completing residency
• Non-boarded providers will not be considered
• Must have experience treating both adult and pediatric ENT patients
• Must have an active license or qualify through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Licensure candidates without an IMLC cannot be presented
• No pending malpractice cases
• Clean professional/background history required

Credentialing

• Typical credentialing timeline: approximately 45 days
• Expedited credentialing may reduce the timeline to approximately 3 week
