As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations and ensure our community is in great shape. You will manage a team, handle repairs, keep track of budgets, and follow safety standards. What You Will Do Lead the maintenance team – supervise and support a skilled crew across one or more communities. Coordinate daily operations – schedule tasks, ensure homes are ready to rent, oversee after-hours assignments, and complete service orders on time. Stay on budget – develop and follow maintenance budgets while monitoring spending. Inspect and maintain the community – oversee preventative maintenance schedules, conduct property inspections, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Foster strong relationships – work with residents, team members, and vendors to create a well‑maintained, welcoming environment. Ensure compliance and safety – follow policies and company, local, state, and federal guidelines. Tackle special projects – assist with additional responsibilities and property improvements as needed. What You Bring To The Team Strong leadership skills – experience in managing, training, and motivating a maintenance team. Technical expertise – knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Problem‑solving abilities – able to handle emergencies and high‑pressure situations confidently. Dependability and flexibility – available for emergency repairs when needed. Physical fitness – able to climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy objects, distinguish colors, and work in various conditions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience in facility maintenance. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely.
