To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a Personal Training certification (or be in the process of obtaining one)
• Have strong sales and customer service skills
• Be passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed
• Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Be self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
• Enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and backgrounds
• Be comfortable engaging with members on and off the gym floor
• Be a team player and thrive in a community-focused environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective personal training sessions
• Building strong relationships with members to support their fitness journey
• Promoting personal training services and helping members find the right programs for their goals
• Utilizing social media and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the gym
• Leading by example with a positive and motivating attitude
• Comfortable with all types of training sessions: private, semi-private and team
• Supporting front-desk and sales operations as scheduled, including conducting tours, selling memberships and training packages, and following up with leads

Further Duties:

Community Engagement Represent Anytime Fitness in the local community by participating in gym events, fitness challenges, and outreach programs.

Networking & Client Outreach Work with local businesses and organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.

Member Experience Ensure that every member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be part of our fitness family!

Schedule: (Schedules may be adjusted depending on client and gym needs)

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Saturdays
• Morning shift

Important Notes:

Must be at least 18 years old. Personal training certification and CPR/AED certification are required (or willingness to obtain them). Previous experience in personal training or team training is a plus but not required.
