Warehouse Maintenance Technician II

Position Description Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, Texas Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly Hourly Pay: $30.00 per hour Schedule: Split Shift Tuesday -Thursday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm We want the right Warehouse Employees to join us at Ryder to work with State of the Art Equipment in the Safest Warehouse Environment Responsibilities Responding to unplanned equipment breakdowns during production Troubleshoot, disassemble and reassemble manufacturing equipment Maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors, paint systems, stackers, grinders and forklifts Adhering to established safety procedures Performs maintenance and trouble-shooting functions on all warehousing equipment in an independent and effective manner Maintains and trouble-shoots plant utility systems including fire protection, water, electrical, air, and vacuum as applicable Understands shop maintenance, parts inventory, parts ordering, and plant reporting systems Performs routine forklift repairs Maintains batteries and related equipment Perfoms routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and maintains records of repairs If required, provides training, including aspects of safety, quality, sanitation, and efficiency of packaging/warehouse equipment, for operations associates Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed We have all benefits other Warehouse Distribution Facilities offer WITHOUT the WAIT!
