**Experience:** - 2 years of experience required; submissions considered for 1.5 years if conditions met - Level I Trauma experience preferred - Trauma Level II experience required - Previous Charge Experience preferred - Travel experience strongly preferred **Licensure/Certifications:** - NM license (can pend at submission) - Must have TNCC prior to submission - Certs required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC - RQI certifications not accepted - No locals within 100 miles **Skills:** - Medication administration including IV medication via the seven medication rights - Proficient in special skills: Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA management, Gunshot wound care, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Neuro-Trauma, Ortho trauma, Phlebotomy, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Spinal cord injury care, Starting and maintaining IVs, Stroke and Trauma Certified Facility practice, Triage **Other Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine optional (required to report vaccine numbers) - Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions only) - Charting Experience: Cerner preferred - Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs, including to ED Holding, Adult PCUs at staffing needs, Trauma, and Triage **General Details:** - Ratios: 1:5 - 36 or 48-hour shifts - Weekend and holiday scheduling flexibility required - No on-call required - 6-month break required after one year or four consecutive assignments - EKG testing requirement: Pass/Fail, two tries max
