Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor (2nd Shift - 3:30PM-1:30AM)We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Norman, United States. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team of production workers to achieve optimal performance and productivity.Manage and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targetsDevelop and implement production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiencyMonitor production processes and adjust procedures to enhance productivityEnsure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environmentTrain, supervise, and evaluate production team membersCollaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processesConduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective actions as neededManage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate materialsAnalyze production data and prepare reports for upper managementIdentify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervisionStrong knowledge of production management and lean manufacturing principlesProficient in quality control methodologies and safety protocolsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsProven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systemsExperience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory managementKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologiesSix Sigma certification preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veteransBosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
