Clinician Position – LCSW / LPC

MFK Counseling
Hillsborough, NJ

MFK Counseling is seeking a motivated and reliable LCSW or LPC to join our outpatient group practice. We are looking for a clinician who is comfortable working with a diverse client population across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing quality care, able to maintain a consistent caseload, and committed to working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

This is a fee-for-service position with flexible scheduling and referral support provided by the practice.

Position Requirements

• Active NJ LCSW or LPC license required
• Must be willing to work with children and adolescents  
• Willingness to work evening hours required
• Must maintain a caseload of approximately 15–25 clients per week
• Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner
• Strong communication, organization, and professionalism

Preferred Experience

Experience working with:

• Anxiety
• Depression
• Trauma
• Behavioral concerns
• School-related issues
• Family/parenting concerns

Position Details
