IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, is seeking a Recruiter to help us fill both craft and leadership roles. Our well-established business continues to expand and we’re looking for a relationship-builder with the ability to manage multiple priorities & projects with the support of management & HR. Hybrid/remote role. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. (Experience with Icims a plus)Proficiency computer systems, MS Office, internet job boards, knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws.Strong oral and written communication skills and detailed organizational skills.Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check; MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
