Role: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Onsite)
Employment Type: 18-Month W2 Contract (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

Process & System Engineering: Design, scale, and optimize manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment to drive operational efficiency and high product quality.
Equipment & Failure Analysis: Investigate manufacturing equipment issues, conduct root-cause analysis on component failures, and implement corrective engineering solutions.
Facilities & Maintenance: Plan, design, estimate time/costs, and oversee the maintenance and construction of facility structures, systems, and components.
Standards & Compliance: Apply established engineering standards, maintain quality compliance, and develop updated standard operating routines and technical procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline).
Experience: Open to entry-level candidates with a strong foundational degree or individuals with equivalent practical experience.
Technical Mindset: Solid understanding of core engineering principles, production environment workflows, and equipment troubleshooting.
Execution: Able to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines and work independently with minimal supervision.
