Key Responsibilities of the RN - House Supervisor

• Lead and supervise nursing staff across various units
• Ensure proper code management and crisis intervention
• Manage and resolve facility or bed diversion situations
• Implement infection control and isolation procedures
• Oversee the documentation process for patient deaths
• Coordinate nursing care and support across the facility

Requirements of the RN - House Supervisor

• Active NY RN License
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Previous charge experience required
• Must be able to travel to Rochester, NY for the assignment
