Director, Business Transformation - Special Projects

Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of transformation strategies aligned with the Transmission CoE vision Partner with Transmission leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact transformation opportunities Oversee end-to-end process improvement initiatives across transmission operations Introduce and scale innovative methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile practices Develop and monitor KPIs to measure transformation success and ensure alignment with strategic goals Utilize data analytics to inform decision‑making and track performance improvements Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies Develop communication and training plans to support transformation initiatives Build and lead a high‑performing transformation team Coach and mentor staff and stakeholders on continuous improvement tools and techniques Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts Facilitate leadership workshops and progress report‑outs to drive accountability and transparency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineer, Operations Management, or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in utility industry Proven track record of engaging in cross‑functional transformation efforts in the utility or related industry PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other transformation‑related certifications preferred Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a complex organizational environment Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
