Desktop Support Technician

Location: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE: 731 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery AL

MUST: Field tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac

Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed. Supporting 6 local car dealerships in the area. Do not contact local tech already there.

TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing

What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES

How many overall years of experience should this person have and do they need any specific certifications or education? 1.5yrs

Driving Required – YES Travel between multiple locations during week.
