Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy interventions following each patient's plan of care, helping them restore mobility and reach their treatment goals.
- Document patient progress and responses to treatment with clear, accurate clinical notes that guide care decisions.
- Empower patients by teaching them home exercise programs and providing education that keeps them engaged in their recovery.
- Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to communicate patient status and adjust care effectively.
- Champion a safe, infection-controlled environment by adhering to all compliance and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain before start date).
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
