Optimal Hospice Volunteer

Optimal Hospice is looking for volunteers to join our team to serve patients who are in different parts of Colorado including: Co Springs, South Denver, Denver Metro, North Denver (Broomfield, Thorton, Boulder, Loveland etc.)

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful activities with patients, including reading to them, doing art together, listening to music, or engaging in activities and conversations that the patient enjoys.

As a hospice volunteer, you will provide companionship and emotional support to patients who are nearing the end of their lives. Your presence and care will make a significant impact on their quality of life and help them feel more comfortable during a difficult time.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all volunteers. All we require is a compassionate heart and a willingness to learn and serve. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive community of staff and volunteers.
