Suncoast One Title & Closings is seeking an experienced Florida Escrow Officer/Title Closer for our Sarasota market. For a highly qualified candidate with the right combination of closing expertise, leadership ability, client relationships, and business-development capability, this position may be structured as a Branch Manager/Closer role.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical closing skills with the ability to provide an exceptional experience for buyers, sellers, REALTORS, lenders, and everyone involved throughout the closing process.

$60,000–$100,000 annual base salary, plus performance bonuses

Compensation reflects your experience, responsibilities, and established referral relationships. We offer flexible salary and bonus packages, with greater earning potential for professionals who bring an established following and develop new business.

• Suncoast One pays 90% of employee premiums for health, dental, vision, short-term disability and long-term disability coverage.

Vacation allowances may be negotiated for candidates with long tenure to recognize their existing vacation benefits.

• Manage residential real estate transactions from title/escrow processing through closing and post-closing.
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements/CDs, escrow instructions, and related transaction documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with buyers, sellers, REALTORS, lenders, attorneys, and other transaction participants.
• Manage escrow funds and closing requirements accurately and in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Identify and help resolve title, closing, and transaction issues before they interfere with closing.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication throughout the transaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with REALTORS, lenders, clients, and referral partners.
• Contribute to the growth of the Sarasota market through excellent service, relationship development, and business-development activity.
• For candidates considered for the Branch Manager role, provide leadership and accountability for the Sarasota office while maintaining an active closing role.
• Help develop the Sarasota team, strengthen office culture, maintain service standards, and support continued market growth.

• Florida title insurance, escrow, or residential real estate closing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage residential real estate closings.
• Strong knowledge of the Florida real estate closing process and escrow responsibilities.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple active files.
• Familiarity with Sarasota and the surrounding Southwest Florida real estate market is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with REALTORS, lenders, builders, attorneys, or other potential referral sources are highly valued.
• Ability and desire to develop new business relationships is highly valued.
• Experience with Qualia or comparable title-production/closing software is beneficial.
• Management or team-lead experience is beneficial for candidates interested in the Branch Manager opportunity, but an existing management title is not required if the candidate demonstrates strong leadership potential.

Experienced closers with an established professional following or portable book of business are especially encouraged to apply. We are also interested in candidates who may not currently hold a management title but have demonstrated the ability and desire to lead a team and help grow a market.
