Seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support a busy Medical Processing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, bilingual, and thrives in a fast-paced legal office environment.

Responsibilities:

•Coordinate appointments with Spanish-speaking clients

•Schedule medical exams and virtual appointments

•Prepare and process administrative documents

•Review translated English-to-Spanish correspondence for accuracy

•Maintain confidential records and provide administrative support

•Assist with additional department projects as needed

Qualifications:

•Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

•Previous administrative experience required

•Medical records or medical billing experience preferred

•Typing speed of 30–40 WPM

•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and database systems

•Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

•Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
