Store Manager in Training - Fast-Track to Leadership

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Manager in Training in Kalamazoo, MI, to supervise, train and onboard hourly staff while assisting the Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory and scheduling. You'll perform as Manager-on-Duty when the GM isn't present and help drive upselling and exceptional service. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a supervisory role in food service or retail, experience interviewing hourly staff, and familiarity with POS systems and MS Office/ATS.
