Quality Control InspectorPlatte - Bldg B - Platte City, MO 64079Qualifications3+ years of experience in Quality Control Inspection within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated regular and reliable attendance to fulfill job responsibilities.Proficient in the use of measuring and inspection equipment, including but not limited to calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.Working knowledge of blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.Ability to perform inspections and quality-related tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions.Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and the ability to promote and enforce safe work practices.Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, testing results, product information, and quality metrics.Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.Ability to identify quality concerns, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Ability to train and coach production team members on quality standards, inspection techniques, and quality control measures to improve product excellence.Proficient computer skills and experience documenting inspection results and generating reports.Physical Demands / Work EnvironmentThis position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs throughout the workday. The role frequently requires pushing, pulling, twisting, and lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more.Work is performed in both manufacturing and outdoor environments and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature extremes, dust, noise, moving equipment, and other industrial conditions.
