Maintenance TechLocation: Tulsa, OK, US, 74146 Work Arrangement: OnsitePlan and monitor the maintenance of all the production equipment in order to achieve 100% machine availability. Responsibilities include carrying out the maintenance and the repair of the machines, equipment, facility used in production, reacting quickly and professionally to avoid extended equipment downtime, organizing and carrying out the routine preventative maintenance of the machines, organizing and managing the stock of spare parts registered in ERP system for furnaces and other machines, owning and leading TPM in facility, assisting to maintain plant's safety and 5S especially with regard to the machines, equipment, and facility, ensuring maintenance and repair works are carried out compliant to the Environmental Management System requirements especially in handling chemicals and waste, participating in machine, equipment and facility improvement activities, maintaining a good level of communication with the other supervisors/team leaders, reporting problems and/or non-conformances to the Engineering Manager and proposing improvements, practicing basic housekeeping daily, working with machine operators in training and coaching of best practices, following all safety rules, procedures, and instructions, using PPE and safety equipment as required, reporting unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately, participating in safety training and drills, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.Qualifications, Education, and Experience include 5+ years exp in manufacturing maintenance role, exposure in an ISO certified (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environment, electrical and mechanical skills and knowledge of PLCs, proficient in industrial, mechanical and pneumatic machinery, working knowledge of OSHA, building codes and safety practices. Skills and Competencies include good team work and exhibits positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and organized with excellent problem-solving abilities, computer literate, ability to work independently with a high level of initiative, available to work a full-time schedule covering multiple shifts of production operations as necessary Monday to Friday, weekend and overtime work may be required for special projects, downtime troubleshooting, etc.We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position's responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, a candidate's education/training, the position's location, and the key skills needed for the position.
