Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead AI/ML and Generative AI product initiatives, ideally involving conversational AI and LLM-based solutions. The Product Manager will own the product roadmap, backlog, requirements, and delivery while coordinating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, backlog, priorities, and requirements for AI/ML and GenAI products.
- Develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate delivery across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Define product success metrics, KPIs, and evaluation criteria.
- Analyze evaluation and quality data to improve AI/ML product performance and user experience.
- Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into scalable AI product solutions.
- Drive product development from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management for AI/ML, Generative AI, conversational AI, or LLM-based products.
- Strong experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience defining and tracking product success metrics and AI/evaluation quality data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, CCAI, or comparable cloud AI platforms.
- Experience with healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Experience working with LLM applications, conversational AI, chatbots, or AI evaluation frameworks.
- Technical understanding of AI/ML product development and cloud-based AI solutions.
