The Swim Instructor is there to ensure standards are upheld, customer experience is top level, and that the image and reputation of the school is consistent with our brand.
Minimum Requirements:
Swim instructor experience
Coached swim lessons
Previous Coaching / Competitive Swimming background
Hardworking energetic leadership style
Must possess strong organization and management skills.
