This position supports a telehealth setting that allows you to connect with clients from the comfort and convenience of their own homes. Regular business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents, taking into consideration their specific circumstances and care needs.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, addressing emotional challenges related to aging, such as grief, anxiety, and depression.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for senior clients, ensuring holistic support.

• Educate families and staff on effective strategies that enhance the emotional well-being and quality of life of elderly individuals.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling for clients and their families, providing compassionate support during end-of-life discussions and decisions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
