Secret Electronic Warfare Operations Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Mission Coordinator / Electronic Warfare Operations Analyst to support a large naval program. This role supports Fleet training requirements and focuses on Undersea Warfare (USW), Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), and Electronic Warfare (EW) operations.
This individual will play a critical role in coordinating, executing, and analyzing complex maritime training events-working directly with military customers to ensure mission objectives are met and actionable insights are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify training objectives, analysis requirements, and mission scope
- Develop and execute detailed mission plans, including:
- Asset and personnel coordination
- System and technology selection (sonar, EW systems, communication platforms)
- Range scheduling and logistics planning
- Coordinate and support execution of training exercises, including in-water operations and target deployment
- Initiate and manage mission communications and scripted injects, including transmission support
- Operate and communicate via VHF, UHF, HF, and tactical voice systems
- Support Electronic Warfare injects (CTT/CTR) during training scenarios
- Observe operations and collect, track, and analyze mission data
Maintain scorecards and performance tracking tools for post-exercise evaluation
- Compile and deliver post-exercise products (video, audio, electronic data) into consolidated reports
- Lead and/or support briefings and debriefings with actionable feedback and recommendations
- Coordinate daily with military stakeholders, range control, aviation units, and training facilities

Pay range is based on qualifications between $38.46 - $52.88

Required Skills & Experience

One of the following:
- Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of experience
Master's degree + 3+ years of experience
OR 9+ years of relevant experience (in lieu of degree)

Strong background in one or more of the following:
Electronic Warfare (EW/ELINT)
Experience with:
- Military training exercise planning and execution
- Operational coordination and scheduling
Data collection, analysis, and reporting

Familiarity with:
- Sonar systems, underwater tracking, or EW technologies
Tactical communications systems (VHF/UHF/HF)
- Ability to travel approximately 30%
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required)
