Internal Process Auditor & Continuous Improvement Analyst job at H&CO. Miami, FL. ¡Estamos buscando un/a Internal Process Auditor & Continuous Improvement Analyst! ¿Tienes experiencia en auditoría interna y mejora continua? Esta posición te permitirá impulsar la eficiencia y calidad en procesos estratégicos. Perfil requerido Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Contaduría, Calidad o afines. 3 a 5 años de experiencia en auditoría de procesos, control interno o proyectos de mejora continua. Deseable experiencia en empresas del sector servicios, construcción o paisajismo. Conocimientos y habilidades Auditoría interna y control de procesos. Sistemas de gestión de calidad (ISO 9001). Metodologías Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel avanzado, Power BI). Inglés avanzado. Responsabilidades clave Planificación y ejecución de auditorías internas. Análisis de KPIs y optimización de procesos. Elaboración de informes y recomendaciones. Seguimiento de planes de acción y control interno.
