Experienced Welder

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Saturday: As needed

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welder with a strong background in welding and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on welding experience, a solid understanding of welding techniques and equipment, and a commitment to producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication work according to specifications and drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Measure and verify dimensions using appropriate tools.
• Identify and correct welding defects or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Perform additional fabrication and shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional welding experience preferred/required.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding specifications.
• Experience working with different types and thicknesses of metal.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when needed.
