Job Overview Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – responsible for obtaining Securities Industry licenses, building and managing client relationships, and providing comprehensive financial advice to clients. Key Responsibilities Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within specified timelines. Acquire, build, and manage client relationships, identifying needs and recommending solutions. Provide end-to-end financial advice, deliver client reviews and presentations. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Participate in training and coaching programs to develop business knowledge. Engage with banking customers, small business owners and high‑net‑worth clients. Required Qualifications Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE). Bachelor’s degree or minimum one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
