Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the front office operates efficiently.

Location: Scotts Valley, CA


Pay Rate: $17/hr.


Shift: AM


Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL


Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information as needed.

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Support other departments with clerical tasks and projects.


Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
