Selective Soldering Operator - Contract To Hire
An electronic component manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Selective Soldering Operator in the Lilburn,GA area to join their team. This company is known for its commitment to producing high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet industry standards.
7-3:30 PM; M-F; overtime and weekends as needed Pay Rate of the Selective Soldering Operator:
$17.50/hr Responsibilities of the Selective Soldering Operator:
- Setting up and operating selective soldering equipment, including machines, nozzles, and fixturing.
- Loading and unloading PCBs onto the selective soldering equipment.
- Conducting routine maintenance on selective soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspecting and testing finished PCB assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving selective soldering equipment and process issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in selective soldering production and process control.
- Familiarity with selective soldering equipment, including machines, nozzles, and fixturing.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards for electronics assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, process flow diagrams, and work instructions.
