US Tax Associate - M&A & Funds Specialist (NY)
IDEX Consulting
An international Firm is seeking an Associate to join its U.S. Tax practice in New York. In this role, you will advise on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A, fund formation, joint ventures, and financing. Candidates should have prior experience at an Am Law firm, a strong background in corporate tax, and effective legal research and analytical skills. Admission to practice in New York is mandatory.
