Function: Function: Job Summary: Job Summary: Job Description: Complete daily and monthly plant statistical production, inventory reports, and cost accounting. Monitor daily production, shipments, and inventory, ensuring accuracy and reconciling monthly balances in SAP. Assist with capital project tracking, fixed asset ledger maintenance, and capital expenditure analysis. Ensure closure of capital projects and retirement of expired assets. Reconcile balance sheet accounts to sub-systems to minimize errors and losses. Perform reconciliations and analysis of general ledger account balances. Prepare and post monthly journal entries in SAP for accurate month-end and year-end transactions. Help prepare the annual operating budget. Provide support to the accounts payable process, investigate issues, and participate in audits. Assist with special projects, report development, quarter-end and year-end activities. Provide backup support for other administrative tasks within the plant.
