Executive Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant Responsibilities (Approx. 60%) • Manage personal scheduling and day-to-day logistics. • Assist with personal travel arrangements. • Help coordinate personal appointments and commitments. • Must be comfortable around children and able to assist with family-related logistics as needed. Executive Assistant Responsibilities (Approx. 40%) • Manage calendar and scheduling. • Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and travel itineraries. • Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up. • Monitor and respond to calls, texts, and emails on Phillip's behalf. • Help prioritize incoming communications and requests. • Support business initiatives across Scratch Restaurants Group and his other projects. • Attend meetings, events, restaurant visits, trainings, and other business-related activities as needed. • Assisting with special events planning
• Using various software applications such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate, and/or format data and/or reports
• Maintaining highest level of confidentiality
• Exercising administrative judgment; assuming responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
• Travel will be required dependent on business needs • Performing other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years or more of experience as an executive administrative assistant in an Executive level setting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and G-Suite
Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
