In-Home Functional Family Therapist (FFT)
Cornerstones of Care
Cornerstones of Care seeks a Functional Family Therapy Provider to deliver FFT services to youth and families, primarily via in-home visits weekly. You will learn and apply the FFT model with ongoing FFT LLC consultations and collaborate with a clinical team under the FFT program. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), passing a background check, and a valid driver’s license. You will join a dedicated outpatient team guided by the Clinical Manager – FFT and support diverse #J-18808-Ljbffr Cornerstones of Care
