In this role, you'll take ownership of total store activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and internal audits.What we ask of you:People Development and Diversity: Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align store goals with overall company objectives.Profitability and Financial Management: Manage store budgets, including payroll, productivity, and other operational expenses, to ensure financial targets are met. Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Implement strategies to drive sales and profitability while controlling costs.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as internal audits and policies. Delegate responsibilities equitably to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout the store.Merchandising and Sales: Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Oversee merchandising efforts, including product placement, promotions, and inventory management. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals.Community Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations within the local community, participating in and supporting community events and initiatives. Promote the store's community engagement programs and encourage team participation.Customer Service Excellence: Create and maintain a culture of best-in-class customer service, promoting a positive environment for both internal and external customers. Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The salary range for this position is $90,000-$150,000 and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity.
