Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Shape young minds and make a meaningful impact as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher in a dynamic preschool setting in the Denver area. This full-time, onsite contract role focuses on providing educational and developmental support to students with disabilities, ages three through five, in an engaging and inclusive environment.

Your week will be structured with student instruction Monday through Thursday, while Fridays are dedicated to planning and team collaboration, allowing you to focus on both teaching excellence and personal growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid state-approved certification for Early Childhood Special Education (see accepted certifications)
• Strong knowledge of standardized and general education assessments in literacy and math
• Demonstrated experience supporting, assessing, and teaching preschool-aged children with disabilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a preschool caseload of up to 15 students in both in-class and pull-out settings
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Design and implement instructional strategies that meet diverse student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Participate in regular planning and team meetings, leveraging Fridays for collaboration
