The Management Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical help for employees across our offices and properties. You will resolve tickets, assist with onboarding, and maintain documentation while delivering friendly, clear support. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of help desk experience, proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365, basic Active Directory, and strong communication skills.
