Senior Marketing Designer

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer who will shape how Hostfully shows up in the world. You'll be the creative voice behind every touchpoint: social media, paid campaigns, sales collateral, our website, and the day-to-day design needs that keep the team moving.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to produce polished, on-brand work at pace, and you'll bring a genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to work smarter, faster, and more creatively. If you're someone who sweats the craft but also knows when speed matters, and who sees AI as a creative amplifier rather than a shortcut, we'd love to talk.

Hostfully is a fully remote team, and marketing leadership is located in EST timezone. For this role, we are seeking candidates located near the EST time zone to support collaboration across the teams. What You'll Do

• Brand & Campaign Design
• Drive the visual identity of Hostfully across all marketing channels — paid, social media, email, events, and beyond
• Design high-performing creative for paid media campaigns, producing multiple concepts and variations built for testing in market
• Continuously iterate on creative based on performance data, refining and evolving what's working
• Produce always-on content: website imagery, post graphics, illustrations, and campaign assets
• Collateral & Enablement
• Design and format lead magnets — PDFs, templates, landing pages — and maintain a consistent, high standard across all of them
• Build and improve sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, and visual enablement materials that help our team close deals
• Rapidly prototype and mockup campaign ideas that communicate our value clearly
• Design Systems & Standards
• Own and scale our design system — Figma components, reusable templates, and brand guidelines — so the whole team can move faster
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and audiences
• Champion a quiet-ego team culture: your work will be refined, updated, and iterated on collaboratively
• AI-Powered Workflows
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate concept generation, variation development, wireframing, and production workflows
• Actively evaluate and adopt emerging AI design tools (Figma AI, Google Stitch, Claude, Midjourney, and others) and share best practices with the team
• Champion AI-first design thinking across the Marketing org

Must-Have Skills Required

• 5+ years of design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong brand, marketing, and design across multiple channels
• Proven, hands-on experience using AI tools in your design process — not just awareness, but active daily use for prototyping, ideation, content generation, or production
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including familiarity with AI-powered plugins and features
• Strong command of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where you balance speed and craft — producing high-volume, high-quality work without sacrificing brand integrity
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting work, sharing rationale, and incorporating feedback gracefully
• A growth mindset and curiosity about where AI and design are headed

Preferred

• Experience with generative AI platforms in a design or marketing context: Google Stitch, Claude, FigmaMake, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for extracting high-quality design outputs from AI tools
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or proptech space is a bonus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD $70K–$80K
• Fully remote, flexible hours agreed upon with your manager
• Travel for industry events (a few times per year)
