Customer Service Rep (Part-time)

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support customers, process orders, and provide administrative assistance in a manufacturing office environment near Moore, SC. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service.


Part-time hours on-site: Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM



Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, products, and account information.
• Process customer orders, order changes, and quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer return requests according to company procedures.
• Prepare shipping and export documentation as needed.
• Coordinate product shipments and returns for trade shows and special events.
• Work with accounting and credit teams to resolve customer account issues.
• Communicate customer concerns and service-related issues to management.
• Partner with sales representatives to provide exceptional customer support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and files.
• Prepare reports related to orders, sales activity, and customer-specific requirements.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, administrative, or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Shipping, transportation, or export documentation experience preferred.

• Part-time position, approximately 28-29 hours per week
• Typical schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
