Location: Anaheim, CA

At Oasis Luxury Smart Homes, we create homes that breathe technology beautifully-where sound, light, and control work in harmony to elevate daily living. Behind every seamless system is a crew of sharp, humble professionals who take pride in doing things the right way.

We're looking for an AV Field Technician to join our Anaheim team-someone with hands-on experience in smart-home installation, wiring, and networking who's ready to take the next step in their craft. You'll collaborate with lead techs and project managers to bring high-end automation systems to life for discerning clients.

What You'll Do

• Install, configure and program AV and smart-home systems including Control4, Savant, Crestron, and Josh AI
• Pull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systems
• Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care
• Configure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performance
• Programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms
• Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates-representing Oasis with professionalism and courtesy

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in residential AV, low-voltage, or home automation installation
• Familiarity with programming Control4, Crestron, Savant, Josh AI or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing)
• Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics
• Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and team-minded
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Why You'll Love Working Here

• Competitive pay based on experience ($25-$35/hr range)
• 401(k) with company match after 1 year

• Healthcare
• Performance bonuses for initiative and excellence
• Paid Time Off and Sick Time
• Life-event perks (gifts for major milestones like marriage, new baby, or first home)
• Employee discounts on top-tier gear
• Work with a team that values craftsmanship, communication, and continual learning

At Oasis, technology isn't the magic-it's the medium. The real magic is in the people who bring it to life. If you're a driven, detail-oriented AV professional who loves seeing a home transform from rough-in to ribbon-cutting, we want to hear from you.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Oasis Luxury Smart Homes designs and installs the technology behind some of the finest homes in Arizona and Southern California. From our headquarters in Scottsdale and our Orange County location, our teams handle home automation, AV integration, lighting design, and electrical work for luxury residential clients who expect everything to look beautiful and just work.

Our work covers the full home, from prewire and low-voltage infrastructure to whole-home audio, home theaters, lighting control, and complete smart home systems on platforms like Control4, Savant, Crestron, and Lutron. We also have a dedicated electrical division, which means our technicians, electricians, and project managers work side by side on projects from the framing stage through final walkthrough.

We're a growing company, and we move fast. Our best people take ownership, care about craftsmanship, and like solving problems instead of waiting for someone to hand them a script. In return, you'll work on high-end projects with modern tools, learn from experienced installers and engineers, and have a real voice in how we build the business as it grows.

If you take pride in clean installs, clear communication, and doing it right the first time, we'd love to meet you.
