Remote LVN: Prior Authorization Nurse Associate

LanceSoft Inc

Lancesoft is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a fully remote, full-time role focused on processing and managing prior authorizations within Caremark Specialty Medical PA workflows. You will support physician offices, pharmacies, and members, ensuring timely PA decisions while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The position requires an active LPN/LVN license in the United States, 1–3 years of related experience, and the ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant home workspace.
