Overview We are looking for a motivated real estate sales agent who is passionate about making the home-selling/buying experience great. Our leads system, smart technology, and training will help you grow quickly and achieve success. Compensation $100,000+ at plan commission Responsibilities Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Gather local community information to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Always be consulting by providing your clients with your best service and advice to nurture relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Prospect and generate leads by taking an active role in lead generation to convert potential clients into successful closings; utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and social media, to expand the client base and maximize sales opportunities Nurture and convert leads by developing relationships and guiding them through the buying process to ensure a successful closing Conduct property research and showings; stay informed about the local real estate market, including current inventory, pricing trends, and neighborhood developments; match clients with suitable listings and schedule/show properties Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive buying experience for clients; respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information throughout the process Qualifications Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Technology driven A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Self-motivation and drive Resilient and tenacious; strong resilience and tenacity in pursuing business opportunities and overcoming challenges, maintaining a positive attitude, adapting to changing market conditions Team player; strong collaborative skills and enjoys working as part of a team, contributing to collective success and fostering a positive environment Self-motivated and independent; high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently, taking initiative and driving own success Proven track record of sales success; demonstrate ability to close deals and achieve outstanding results, highlighting sales achievements and successful client relationships, provide verifiable evidence of real estate sales in the last 18 months is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
