Associate Veterinarian

Introduction Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, offering either full-time or part-time opportunities in a well-established small animal practice. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality care across a range of services including wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, and internal medicine. Responsibilities include examining patients, diagnosing and treating conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and performing clinical procedures in line with best practices. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, communicating effectively with clients, and collaborating with the wider team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. Practice Details This is an AAHA-accredited small animal hospital with a strong reputation for excellence, reflected in high community rating. The practice provides services including preventative and wellness care, emergency and sick care, laser therapy, and international and domestic health certificates. The hospital emphasizes high standards of medical and surgical protocols and offers access to internal specialty consultations to support complex case management. Operating hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:30am to 7:30pm, Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday from 7:30am to 12:30pm, and closed on Sunday. The practice also promotes a flexible schedule and a strong culture of continuous education and professional development. Team The team consists of 16 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team, fostering a highly collaborative and supportive working environment.
