Geriatrics Physician Opportunity In Tidewater, Virginia
Accepting 2026 graduating residents for a value based care opportunity in Portsmouth, Virginia. Open to Internal Medicine Family Medicine Geriatrics physician. Looking for physician to work in outpatient office setting. Focus is on developing relationship and continuity of care. Group handles all marketing, coding, billing, overhead. You have an MA, patient care coordinator, and RN's. The office hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p. Outpatient only no admits/inpatient rounding. You will see an average of 14-16 patients a day in the office.
The group is offering a very competitive salary in the $240,000 range (negotiable) plus 20% annual bonuses. There is malpractice coverage and relocation assistance. Full benefits offering 18 days paid time off, 7 paid holidays, a nice retirement contribution and health, $3,500 CME stipend, dental and vision benefits.
