Job Description Jack Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing family-owned team. We're not looking for an installhelper ready for the next step. We're looking for someone who is already leading residential HVAC installations - someone who can confidently run the job from start to finish, lead a crew, communicate with homeowners, and deliver clean, high-quality work every time. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish Direct and mentor install helper Serve as the primary contact for homeowners throughout the installation Install Trane, Bosch, Comfort-Aire, and Daikin mini-split systems Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and Jack Harrison quality standards Qualifications Proven experience as a Lead Residential HVAC Installer Strong leadership and customer communication skills EPA Certificationli> NATE and manufacturer certifications are a plus Valid driver's license Why Jack Harrison?
