Real Estate Sales Acquisitions Specialist

You'll be on the phone with landowners across the country, uncovering opportunities, building trust, presenting offers, negotiating deals, and securing signed contracts.
Some conversations are straightforward. Others involve title issues, probate, tax problems, family situations, access challenges, or unrealistic expectations.
We're not looking for someone who can simply read a script. We're looking for someone who can think, ask great questions, understand what's really driving a seller's decision, and follow up when others quit.
