Nestlé Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our 3rd shift team, offering competitive pay, a shift premium, steady 12-hour schedules, and strong benefits. Why join our team: Starting rate of pay is $35.64 per hour, based on experience 3rd shift earns a $1.50 per hour shift premium 12-hour 2/2/3 schedule with no swing shifts Overtime opportunities Quarterly bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment Growth opportunities Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic performs predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment. This role includes completing pre-startup reviews, preventative maintenance, rebuilds, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and computerized maintenance documentation to support equipment reliability and uptime.
